Steve Sullivan
Founder/Architect

Steve holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural Center and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Steve has more that eighteen years of expertise in architecture, with experience in Boston, Ma. and Tucson, AZ.

Steve founded his private practice in 2005 and established S2 Design Associates in the years to follow.  Steve brings the professionalism of a Registered Architect combined with his solid business experience to provide and oustanding relationship between Architecture and Business.

Over the years he has developed various projects ranging from tenant improvements to multi-million dollar complexes.  Steve also brings strong construction administration experience, helping offer clients a full suite of services which are required during the largest or smallest of architectural projects.

Architectural Drafters
S2 Designs' architectural drafters offer architectural AutoCAD drafting services, paper to cad conversion, floor plans, house plans, site plans, cad outsourcing, 2d drafting, 3d drafting, 3d modeling, Recording & Documentation, As-Built Drawings, Field measurements, Picture/video recordings, Space Layout & Planning and Presentation Drawings.


Construction Administrators
S2 Designs' construction administrators manage all project-related contracts, such as budgets and timeline and cost tracking and makes sure all conditions of each contract are met.

They track all invoices, work authorizations, estimates and order changes. In addition, they coordinate and oversee the bid process, create project and construction project schedules and track all timelines of the project using programs, such as MS Project.

They may be required to represent the architect and or the owner at meetings and make periodic visits to the construction site. The position of construction administrator is different from the position general contractor or construction manager -- the person who supervises the project onsite and ensures that the work is completed on time. The CA may visit the site but does not inspect it, conduct tests, resolve problems or stop work. The CA makes observations and reports back to the owner.
